What does the check look at?

Twelve signals: whether robots.txt allows the AI search bots and Googlebot, whether llms.txt exists, title and meta description presence and length, exactly one H1, JSON-LD structured data, canonical tag, Open Graph tags, a language attribute, viewport tag, and whether the page returned real HTML content.

Why does it say my page has no content?

AI crawlers don’t run JavaScript, and neither does this check. If your page renders on the client only, crawlers see an empty shell. Server-side rendering or prerendering fixes it.

Is a high score a guarantee of citations?

No. These are the entry requirements — an engine has to be able to read and understand your page before it can quote it. Winning the citation still comes down to content that answers the question better than the alternatives.
